When configuring a 'Scan to SharePoint Folder' app, it is necessary to enter the "Site" and "Folder" fields in a format that can be understood by Udocx.

Simply follow the instructions provided on the Application page as shown below:

https://onudocx.sharepoint.com/sites/contoso/Invoices/Forms/AllItems.aspx
