Udocx is web-based allowing you to use the service from any device. Although generally associated with multi-functional peripherals (MFPs), you can also access Udocx services from your desktop using the https://my.udocx.com interface and any standards-compliant browser. Simply drag and drop a file into the Udocx portal to upload it to your business application.
All captured documents are converted into fully searchable PDF/A files. The documents are stored along with the required metadata minimizing the amount of missing or misfiled information. Furthermore, documents can be automatically integrated into business workflows for efficient companywide collaboration.
